John Frieda’s is bright red henna shampoo, a compound and a conservator or color?

I stand by my hair color loreal paris color expert says do not use metallic dyes, henna compound or color restorers. I’ve been shampooing with John Frieda Radiant Red Shampoo. if a conservator or henna, how long should I wait to color after using the shampoo.

    There is nothing more than a shampoo. It is said on the front that does not deposit color.

    Its certainly not a henna and I DONT think its a restaurant, but the best control on the label some shampoo. If the effect of hair dye in any way then it will have warnings of the existence, if theres nothing, so go for it!
