is john frieda’s radiant red shampoo a compound henna and or a color restorer?

i want to color my hair loreal paris couleur experte says not to use metallic dyes, compound hennas or color restorers. ive been shampooing with john frieda radiant red shampoo. if it is a henna or restorer, how long should i wait to color after using shampoo.

    It is nothing more than a shampoo. It says on the front that it does NOT deposit color.

    Its definately not a henna and i dont think its a restorer, but best check on the shampoo label to be certain. If it would effect hair dye in any way then it will have warnings on there, if theres nothing, then go for it!

    If you want to use henna, be sure to use safe , natural . 100% henna so there would be no metallic salts or chemicals.
    Frieda’s shampoo is just chemicals/shampoo.
