can i wash my hair everyday without damaging them? but then use which shampoo?

ok, i would like to wash my hair everyday. but my mom won’t let me do that. she thinks washing my hair everyday can damage them. although , i am now thinking of using jhonsan’s baby shampoo. is this the best chioce to wash your hair everyday without having any negative effect on them? can you telll me of some other shampoo then.
and also please give me some tips to have, healthy, strong, long hair.
for now, i wash my hair like after every three days. i have changed my shampoo from clinic all clear to garnier fructics(oil + shampoo). and i think both have siuted me well. but my problem of dandruff has come back while using the current one. and also i have been facing the problem of hhairfalll from a vrey long time but never took care of it. but otherwise, i find garnier really best because clinic all clear used to give my hair rather a very rough and dry look.
anyways ,so any complete hair package for my hair to get a non – dandruff, rather very healthy, long hair.
thankyou for your help and please be kind.

How can I grow strong healthy nails?

I’ve bitten my nails all my life and I just recently got acrylic nails (only kept them for a bit over a week) but it made me really want to grow my nails and i’ve been very good, i haven’t bitten them since the acrylics got removed (about 3 weeks so far).
But the nails were roughed up so they’re a bit thin. I’ve been using nail hardener and rubbing nail oil on and moisturising my hands a couple of times a day but they’re still weak and i’m worried they’ll break.
Are there any vitamins I could take?
Any tips would be great. .
thanks for reading/answering(:

Treating hypertrophic scars?

I pierced my ear lobe just over a year ago, and recently stretched it from a 22g to a 16g for the purpose of putting in a spiral. This morning I found what looked like a blood blister just above the piercing, so I popped it with a clean needle. It did indeed bleed a lot but the ‘blister’ did not decrease in size. I do have a history with keloid scars, but I am aware that it is more likely hypertrophic scarring. I have done a hot sea salt soak and applied tea tree oil. .

Is there anything more I can do? It really is quite unsightly and I’d like to know if anyone else has had any that have eventually disappeared. . . Thanks :/
I’m sorry that people feel the need to waste their time posting useless answers but I am asking for advice since that is one of the uses of this site. Cheers!

Eye Lash Extensions-Beware?

This is more of a FYI, a very important message I learned today. I allowed a friend of a friend to apply individual lash extensions yesterday. Today I was unable to remove them (had them placed for a night out) only to find, they were put on with a superglue lash adhesive. After hours of soaking in oil, water, and adhesive remover, I now have only a few of my lashes left and it’s horrible. PLEASE ask questions before allowing anyone to glue something to your lashes. It was very neglectful on my part and I hope this helps someone who is thinking about it.

my piercer told me to take out my piercing after 10 days. ?

well i just got my navel pierced today afternoon, and well i asked my piercer about some after care tips
all he said was rub some oil on it prior to jumping into the shower and then gently clean it after
he also said that it is very IMPORTANT to take my piercing out 10days after i piercer it(he would change it for me), and replace it with a new one, well before i got the piercing i researched a lot! and all sites said DO NOT TAKE IT OUT till it’s healed , so well. . . what do i do? im afraid my piercing might get rejected or it might migrate and stuff. . . . maybe he told me to change it cus of hygiene??

okay and this guy is the best in my city (India so. . . . ) and he’s pierced a countless number of people, so he would know best right. . . . ?
