• Will my hair fall out if I dye it blonde from black?

A few weeks ago I dyed it from red to black. Now I wanna go blonde. So I’m planning to bleach it now with my Scwarzkopf colour. I used this make in the black hair dye. Not that it makes any difference. Anyways. . . will I have an allergic reaction or like hair fall out? If it’s a dyed black already?

Go to a salon and let a professional dye your hair before you do irreparable damage.

I doubt you’ll have an allergic reaction seen as you’ve used it before but i would reccomend going to a salon to get it done professionaly we had a girl come in not long ago and she’d bleched it all herself with some bleach you get from the shops and her hair was like chewing gum it was literally snappin off when i combed it, the reason why it’s best to go a salon is because the can use the right level of peroxide for your hair, the packets in shops all have a strong percentage which is really damaging. Also talking from experience i went from black to blonde gradually and it stayed in really good condition id say to do that if you just bleach it all over now it wont be a nice blonde straight away hope this helped and good luck :) xx

No i doubt you will have a reaction if you ae using the same dye as normal, but if your hair is black it would be best to hairdressers,
Because if you are doing it yourself you will defiantly go orange, if you don’t you wont be blonde
Trust me i done it before

i have naturally blonde hair and i dyed it black about 4 years ago. it was black for a year but then i decided i wanted to go back to peroxide blonde. it took me 5 months in total to get my hair the right colour because i didn’t want to bleach it and kill it. i was walking around with ginger hair for about a month but it was worth it in the end.
i got the hairdresser to do it for me first (it took 7 hrs and still they only managed a dark brown with blonde highlights) then i got that topped up again about a month later. after that i did it myself using colour live xxl dye (reeeally good) but this made the top section peroxide blonde and the bottom section ginger. i just kept dying it until it was the right colour but i had to leave a considerable amount of time (2 weeks at the least) between each dye.
if you bleach it all, itll be the colour you want fast, and if you stretch it out over a long period of time, your hair will be healthier but youll have to endure some pretty awful colours. it all depends on how patient you are.
please make sure you look after it though. hair products are expensive but really good. my hairs been blonde for about a yr and a half now, and its only recently got back into good condition,so be careful.
      hope this helps!

To find if you’ll have an Allergic reaction you need to do a patch test 24-48 hours in advance either behind your ear OR the inner elbow. But since you used that color previously did you notice a rash? Or Burning sensation that was unbearable?
Wait a couple weeks to redye.
Bleaching may take a while but be patient and DO NOT attempt to re-bleach all in one day if it didn’t come all the way out.

As far as I know. . . black is the only colour that doesn’t lift because it’s too dark.
If you want to go blonde, I would def go to the salon to get it done, because they may need to chemically treat the hair to remove the black colour first and then dye it blonde. x

How many times u going to dye your hair a different colour?!Think about it a lot before you dye it. You should ask a hairdresser if it would give your hair a bad reaction but heck let your hair get used to black first.

yes some of your hair will fall out because i did the same thing and it was falling out for weeks wait a few more weeks and go to a salon trust me it’s a lot better than trying to do it yourself i know this from personal experience

It will leave your scalp and hair dry and hair roots weak which if you continue will lead to hair fall. You need to do deep oil treatment once a week. Check www. ziravie. com

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.

      1. Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow. .

      2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.

      3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently. .

      4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.

      5. Beat two eggs, and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair. Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.

Sorry to butt in here guys ! I have black hair (which my natural colour is medium blonde ) and I decided to not go to a salon to get my hair lightened so I got my friend to streak my black hair blonde… The roots went white but the ends went an orangey red colour … Would I have to keep lightening it by putting streaks,? I want to end up brown with blonde highlights , what would you all recommend ?
