im going blonde and my hair is like dark brown with a little bit of black
i dont wanna pay heaps of money for it to be done so im just wondering
whats the best hair dye you can buy from the shops that actually makes your hair go blonde or a really light brown?
or can you buy like a streaking kit
and where would i get that from and how much would it cost
