Should I attempt to re-highlight my already color damaged hair?

I just recently got my hair highlighted and I hated it. It was wayy to bright blonde, so I asked the lady to tone it down. In doing so, she managed to tone my hair down to a dark brown. Now it is darker than my original color and I am not happy with it, yet again. I want to get it re-highlighted but i’m worried that it will over damage my hair or produce an unwanted color. What should I do? Also, how long should I wait to re-color it?

I had applied a scrubbing cream and it touched my hairs . My hairs got discolored, how do i remove the color?

Yesterday I was trying a scrubbing cream and the cream touched my hairs. Now the hairs are golden in color. How do i remove this golden color.

I know I can use a black dye(cuz my hairs are black) but I have allergy with that. Now how do i remove this color.

It looks awkward on my face.

What do I do about Corrective color and hightlights?

My hair has been colored many times and there are various colors in my hair right now but its not bad looking. Its like light browns with faded lighter brown highlights and whatnot. I want to go back to Dark brown with highlights. Should I do a corrective color/base dye it myself and go to the salon for highlights? Or should I let them do a corrective color AND highlights? im just so confused! what’s THE best way? and the best price. And does ANYONE know how much these processes will cost!?
