a skin care consultant who has years of experience tells me that cheap products with high moisture in the street are too harsh on the skin and therefore will do little damage to the skin. Is this true? She was not trying to sell something to me anyway, so why would she say if it wasn’t true? Is it better to invest in a moisturizer more?
