go to a proffesional who uses a disposable needle, not a firearm. and you should be okay, and buy some saline on where you go, and clean it 3 times a day, and keep the hair out of them (they take 4-6 weeks to heal) and then, after you’ll be well

healing with a hoop is never a good idea. It can leave your twisted tunnel piercing, to this effect which makes it difficult / painful to be spikes in the future.I recommends setting a new bar until your piercing is completely healed, then change to a hoop: )

Today I had my lip pierced (both sides) and had put in studs, how-ever one of the studs is broken and keeps falling over, (the end is broken screwy), Im just wondering if it would be possible to change from a bar in a hoop? before it starts the healing process?

Yeah I took mine after 6 years and it closes completely very quickly, id say about 2 weeks to close within , outside of the piercing will still be evident for several months, but will certainly be closely and you can barely see the scar, ive had mine a year now and you can see very very low scar, but only the CUS I know it’s there: D
