what are the thin, linen type shirts that people wear in india, and where can you get them?

its almost a see through type material, often off-white colour. Like linen (perhaps is linen) just wanted to know what material they are made of, and where you can get them?

Im going out on Sat and am wearing a short black dress which has 3 quarter length sleeves. Its really nice on, but wondering what colour shoes/accessories, etc to team with it. Ive been looking in New look and they have to stunning shoes, but not sure what colour to go for.

If i wear black shoes, i dont want to look like im off to a funeral.

It was tonights episode tuesday 20th May, She wore the dress when she went for lunch to see Jack Branning.

Its a fitted red knee length dress, with half length sleeves (up to the elbow) with a frilly deep v- neckline.
Its really nice, i must have it!
