I have a french nail kit which doesnt come with instructions, how do i apply it?

The kit coems with,
The nail pollish,
a 4 step filer, (step one even out, step 2 smooth nail, step 3buff nail, step 4 shien nail) do i apply that to the actual nail or the ends?
press on guides, what do i do with them?
cuticle massage cream,
cuticle remover cream,
nail pencil,
quick dry,
and nail corrector,
How do i use all of these?

Does biotin help hair grow faster as well at making it healthy ?

So I’ve been searching the web for different answers now my hair is short and i want it to grow fast and so i bought hair skin and nail will it make my hair grow fast as well and making it healthier ?I’ve only heard of it getting healthy not any longer. Some people also said to take Nourishair or Hairtopia? whats really going to work. Also is there such a thing as to much of it or the more i take the better ?. And one last thing will it help weight loss?

okay i have a helix pierced and a double lobe. i wear gold in them btw so it doesnt look tacky. i am thinking about getting short fake nails, small french white tip (the gel nails). and hair extensions about 18″ which is just below my boobs.

1. girls: wat would u think. . . . . . . . .
2. how much does hair extensions cost for about 3 or 4 extensions

Guys:
1. would you consider this hott (i have a bubbly personality) and apparently easy to talk to?
2. would you get turned off by any of these things??
3. how about a bellybutton piercing as well???

i still have been kissed so i am not a slut.
how would a bellybutton piercing look on top of these things??

i decided im not going to get the nails or the extensions (cause it will ruin my nails) and my hair is growing anyway duhh! haha anyway ill get the bellybutton piercing. thanks everyone for the advice

I bite my nails a lot so I made a calender saying I have 20 days and ppl say it’s more less and I don’t know how many day or weeks or what ever I really want to stop but it’s really really REALLY HARD any advice plz plz plz plz PLZ help. I tries nail polish and now im wereing this stuff that tastes bad it help but now i can’t eat food without it tasting bad. so i really need advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!
