my nails used to be very weak until i started to drink a lot of milk . Now when they’re okay (a bit stronger than before) a face another problem. when i file them french ( square shape i mean) the edges always breaks . . it’s unbelievable . . i can never have long good looking nails . and i don’t wanna take any sort of pills like hair and nail and those stuff . . . please help me. . !! thank you all
