There is this lady that I have to sit with the workplace. She is 50, going through menopause and cries at every half hour she is having a hot flash. She even told people on the phone “oh excuse me now I’m having a hot flash”. It really grinds on my nerves. In addition, she coordinates all of its clothing and accessories, ie. bright orange fake nails, with an orange band (yes, she wears headbands) and then top with orange lipstick, orange, orange necklace earrings oranges. It looks terrible and she does it with different colors each day. People tend to laugh at her. I know she thinks she should look good, but I’m not being mean, it does not work. How can I tell or show or suggest to her to tone it down without hurting his feelings! What a dilemma! I’m really not to be a b **** by the way! You are absolutely right! I agree on the mascara and lipstick but all that is not water-based does no danger of bacteria build so I keep mine until I hit casserole.Les sponges are washable, but it is better to use brushes because they are better nettoyage.Hope this helps!

I love lipstick Rimmel lasting finish, and my understanding is that the color range is the same Kate Moss formule.J ‘ve had my eye 08 of the shade, but have not yet picked up. You’re gonna give me that little push I need to just go and get it already! LOL Might Get 05, too!

about anything outside the green, unless you go for the look of Christmas. I avoid bright primary colors apart from red (hence yellow and blue), unless you go to the comics ‘scene kid’ all / luck.If pop art thats the look you are going for then fine kep it up. As for bleaching hair, there is not really much you can do. Buy special shampoo can help a little, to avoid the head and shoulders shampoo, my hairdresser told me this is what you use if you want to lighten your hair a few shades. I hope this helped
