I have oily acne prone skin, what is the best inexpensive makeup out there?

I have terrible skin. It is either too oily or too dry. I have tried all kinds of foundations, mostly liquid. Right now I am using Maybelline Mineral Power foundation. It covers okay, but it also makes my skin very oily. What I want to know, is what is best for oily acne prone skin, liquid or powder, but also has great coverage. And what is the best brand that is also affordable, like no more than $10.

Is there a NON GROCERY STORE BRAND mousse foundation out there???

maybelline has come out with a mousse foundation. i’ve searched the internet, department stores, sephora & everywhere else imaginable to find a similar product in a non grocery store make up brand (maybelline, covergirl, almay, neutrogena, etc. . . ) I REFUSE TO GIVE IN. . . please send me a link to the website if you find it online. first person to give me some viable information gets *best answer*!!! :-) THANX
anything else besides lancome? i’ve also tried that before and i didn’t really like it. . .
p. s. No AVON & MARY KAY
i like mousse foundation because it looks like i dont have any make up on and it feels feathery light. i’ve tried every other kind of foundation on the face of this earth and they all leave me SHINY and greasy looking even MATTE type.
I DONT CARE HOW MUCH IT COST. AS LONG AS I DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE IT AT RITE-AID, WALGREENS OR CVS. sorry if this offends some people but i value what i put on my face. and you know what they say ‘if you use CHEAP, you’ll look CHEAP”
