Heyy I have the same problem, but eyeliner pencil is the best because it does not sting the eyes and heart would not get smudged as easily that liquid would. best that can be mascara andd black.

hmm I’m not sure, but. buy white eyeliner next time your at the store. put it on your water line and the upper eyelid. your eyes get huge!

I would say to get one of the tools sponge-tipped brush and feather the edge of your eyeliner, making it much more natural . In addition, you can get a small brush or sponge tool tip and use as eye shadow eyeliner for a more natural look. If you want, for a quick fix, just mess with your own finger, but make sure it is clean and try to be douce.Donne a good video of how to put it on perfect.
