makeup forever. it comes in water proof, I think, but I hate the use of water proof. entry in many colors. it last longer. doesn’t really spot on my water line, but I did it on purpose sometimes smudges on my upper lashline.

Put concealer under your eyes before deappliquer eyeliner. It works for me. Hope that helps.:)

You have to pull the skin under your eye (just above ur cheak bone) down a tiny bit to expose the top of ur bottom eyelid where the pencil is then passed over a few times until its as dark as you want it. By pulling the eyelid down it also pulls it away from ur eye to avoid poking or scratching of the eye.
